Over 200 submissions were sent for the inaugural issue of Red Planet Magazine- an astonishing response! The first publishing offers for Issue #2 will be sent out this week, but first comes a change to how Red Planet Magazine will be distributing contributors' copies:
Starting from Issue #2, going forward all contributors will be offered digital copies of the issue in which their work has been featured.
Digital copies will assure that every contributor receives a copy of their work, whereas offering print copies runs the risk of excluding contributors due to potential issues arising from shipping and handling.
A big part of Red Planet's mission is accessibility, so it would not be fair to only offer print copies to some contributors, and digital to others, simply because of shipping issues, and so going forward the offer will be for a digital copy to assure fairness and inclusiveness.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback!
